A super simple freefrom pasta sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 ml passata
  • 1-2 roasted red peppers
  • Salt & pepper
  • Italian herbs I like to use basil, oregano and some garlic
  • A splash of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pop all of your ingredients into a Nutribullet (or other blender!)
  2. Blitz. Warm through for 5 minutes..

  3. Serve!
