Mash topping:
800gpotatoes
30gdairy-free spreadI use Vitalite
Instructions
Brown your mince if you like.
Put everything in the slow cooker except for the stock and flour. Keep back the potatoes & dairy-free spread for later.
Combine the stock & flour and mix well.
Add to the slow cooker.
Cook it on high for 4 hours. Or 6-8 hours on low.
Prepare your mash topping.
Once the filling is ready you can top with mash and cook for a further 1-1.5 hours on high. Alternatively, place in an oven dish and top with mash and crisp under the grill.
