dairy and gluten free pancakes

  • 1 medium egg approximately weight 50g
  • 50 g plain flour I used Doves gluten-free - match the weight to the weight of the egg
  • 70 ml almond milk - this makes a thinner pancake mix you can use less milk if you like a thicker pancake
  • Pinch of salt
  • Spray oil


  1. Measure out the egg, plain flour & almond milk. 

  2. Whisk together.

  3. Heat up your pancake maker and add spray oil. 

  4. Ladle on the batter. Heat for 1-2 minutes on either side.

  5. Serve and apply your favourite toppings.
