Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes approx 400g
  • 1 tin of chickpeas approx 400g
  • 6-8 sausages (gluten free)
  • 30 g tomato puree
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli powder mild
  • 1 tsp curry powder medium
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp paprika smoked

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausages in a frying pan. Just lightly fry them to give them a bit of colour.
  2. Add all the ingredients, including the sausages, into your slow cooker.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
