I love using my slow cooker as it is a real time saver. Being able to load it up in the morning, and then go about my day is so useful. Daisy loves helping me chuck the ingredients into the slow cooker and I always encourage her to join me. I find that this makes Daisy more interested in eating her dinner and that is a win for me! This slow cooker gluten free sausage cassoulet takes just minutes to prepare and has such a deep, rich flavour.
