Hello! I’m Katy, a married mother from Essex. I have been blogging since 2014 when I started my first website Katykicker. Katykicker has gone on to become a top 50 parenting blog in the Tots100 ranking and has been nominated for personal finance awards and more. You can find out more about me.
Allergy Free Day was started to share my thoughts and feelings as the parent of a child with FPIES. My daughter Daisy was born in March 2016 but the diagnosis for FPIES was a slow one and didn’t come until 2017. Daisy is currently allergic to dairy, soya, gluten/wheat, chicken and coconut. As such this website will contain recipes free-from those ingredients and also my thoughts and feelings being an allergy parent.

In the last 5 years, I have written multiple product reviews, featuring both gifted and personally purchased items.
